Access Your Accounts 24/7
Our debit/ATM card makes it possible to access your preselected accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Debit cards are issued to members 18 years or older, unless there is a parent on the account with the minor to accept any liability. Our cards have standard ATM/PIN limits up to $500 per day—contact us if you find that your PINned transaction limit doesn’t meet your needs. Point-of-sale (POS) limits are up to $1,500 per day and may be adjusted for one-time purchases or higher daily needs based on the account activity.
Homefield Credit Union has two full-service ATMs—one at our main office at 86 Worcester Street, North Grafton, and an additional one at our Milford Branch at 138 South Main Street, Milford. Free and unlimited transactions are available at all Homefield Credit Union-owned machines. To provide further access, we partner with the Allpoint network, which gives you access to over 50,000 ATM machines surcharge free, nationwide.
Please note that due to fraud concerns, we generally restrict access to your cards when traveling overseas. Contact us if you know of any travel plans so we can ensure the easiest access to your funds when you are out of the country or in a different location. Fraud monitoring is provided on our card portfolio by Visa’s ENFACT network.
Lost Debit Cards
If you lose or misplace your card after hours, it should be blocked by contacting our 24-hour hotline at 800-472-3272 as soon as practical to limit potential fraud. Note that you will need to still follow up with one of our offices during normal business hours after blocking your card so we may secure you a new card in the fastest manner possible. Please consult our fee schedule for any fees that may apply to replacement cards.
