Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Homefield Credit Union will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026.
The Annual Meeting shall be conducted in compliance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 171 and with the bylaws of Homefield Credit Union. A copy of the bylaws is available by request at kfitzgibbon@homefieldcu.com.
At 1:00 pm on April 23, 2026, at 86 Worcester Street in North Grafton, Homefield Credit Union’s Annual Meeting will be called to order with a duly established quorum. As there is only one candidate for each vacancy, Vice-Chair Peter Crepeault will reconvene the Annual Meeting at 6:00 pm. The Nominating Committee Report will be read by Vice-Chair Crepeault, who will then call for a voice vote. This vote will be recorded in the minutes of the Annual Meeting. Nominations will not be accepted from the floor.
An introduction of the re-elected Directors, as well as any other business to come before the membership, will then be conducted.
