Doug Lanzillo Earns Homefield’s GEM Award Honor

Doug Lanzillo, VP – Business Development at Homefield Credit Union, was presented with the 2nd Quarter 2025 GEM (Going the Extra Mile) Award at the Credit Union’s All Employee Meeting held earlier this week. Doug has been recognized by several members and co-workers for his dedication, knowledge, as well as his responsiveness, and for taking time to understand the financial goals of members seeking guidance. Several members recently commented that Doug continually goes above & beyond and how lucky Homefield Credit Union is to have him on our team.

Also nominated for the GEM Award this quarter were Andrew Kinsman • Senior Universal Banker and Bonnie Morison • Loan Administrator.

Andrew Kinsman was contacted by a member who had concerns that her checking account had been compromised. Andrew handled the situation in a professional, courteous manner. His actions were key in warding off any potential financial loss to the member. Quite pleased with how the situation was handled, the member commended Andrew for his “outstanding service” and noted that “he deserves recognition”.

Bonnie Morison was recognized by a member who recently applied for a mortgage at Homefield Credit Union. The member stated what a great experience the entire loan process was and commended Bonnie for her constant communication, and for keeping him apprised of what to expect from the time of application through to the closing of the loan.
