We continue to adhere to enhanced safety measures at each branch location as the health and well-being of our members, employees and the community continue to be our highest priority.  If you do not feel well, we ask that you stay home.  Please call us at 508-839-5493 to speak with a Member Service Representative if you have a question or need assistance with any transaction(s).

Upon Your Arrival:  We will be limiting the number of members allowed into the branch lobby at any one time to maintain social distancing protocols.  You may be asked to briefly wait for a member to exit the Credit Union before you are able to enter.  We ask that only the member conducting business enter the branch.  Any member who would prefer to make an appointment for an in-branch visit is encouraged to do so by calling Homefield Credit Union at 508- 839-5493 or via email at memberservice@homefieldcu.com.  Members who have a scheduled appointment will be given preference when it comes to entering the building.

Face Masks/Coverings Are Required:  We require all members who visit our lobbies to wear a face mask/covering for the duration of their visit.  Upon entering the Credit Union, you will be asked to temporarily lower your face mask and to look into our camera for identification and security purposes.  You will then be instructed to pull your face mask up, making sure your mouth and nose are covered.  If you are unable to comply with this requirement for any reason, we respectfully ask that you utilize our drive-up or online services.

Cleaning/Sanitization:  We continue to follow sanitization guidelines set forth by the Center for Disease Control (CDC).  Hand sanitizer will be readily available at the front door.  We have installed acrylic shields at our member service desks and teller windows.  Single use pens are available upon request.  All desks, countertops, and other frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and sanitized throughout the day.  In addition, our buildings are thoroughly disinfected each night.

Observe Social Distancing Guidelines:  Everyone in our lobby must adhere to the recommended six-foot social distancing guidelines.  You will notice social distancing indicators throughout our branch.  Due to capacity limits enacted during this pandemic, your wait time may be longer than normal.  We appreciate your patience.

Account Access:  We continue to encourage our members to take advantage of our digital services, including online and mobile banking anytime, anywhere!  These options are available 24/7 and will offer you great flexibility in managing your accounts from the comfort of your home.  If you would like to enroll in Online Banking or Bill Pay, please call 508-839-5493 to speak with one of our Member Service Representatives.

ATMs:  We offer our members the ability to deposit and withdraw funds at our ATMs, with locations at 86 Worcester Street, North Grafton as well as 138 South Main Street, Milford.

Stay Informed:  For additional information about COVID-19 and how you can protect yourself against the spread of the Coronavirus, please visit the Center for Disease Control (CDC) website at www.cdc.gov or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts website at www.mass.gov.  We encourage you to visit our website at www.homefieldcu.com for further updates.

Information Security:  Unfortunately, cybercriminals across the globe use events such as the COVID-19 outbreak to prey on people and gain access to personal information and data.  It is important that you exercise caution when opening email attachments or clicking on links in emails referencing coronavirus, unless you are certain they are from a legitimate source.  If you receive scam emails, you may report them to the FBI by visiting their website at www.ic3.gov.  Remember, Homefield Credit Union will NEVER request sensitive personal or account information through email.

Thank you for being a loyal member of Homefield Credit Union.
