An Important Message to Members Regarding Coronavirus Preparedness

Last Updated March 31, 2020

Effective March 17, 2020 and for the time being, Homefield Credit Union will be making some adjustments to the way we offer service to our members.

Our drive-ups will remain open during normal business hours. However, to protect the health and safety of our members as well as our employees, and in order to comply with recent directives passed along by Governor Baker, we will be limiting public access to our branches. In-branch visits will be by appointment only. Please contact us by phone at 508-839-5493 or via email at memberservice@homefieldcu.com in advance if you would like to make an appointment to ensure availability. During this time, we will remain fully staffed and will have employees available to address any questions or concerns.

We ask any member who is showing symptoms, has been ordered to quarantine, or thinks they may have been exposed, to NOT visit our lobby or drive-up. Our employees have been instructed to not report to work under the same circumstances.

Cleanings: We are continuing to closely monitor the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our communities and we are committed to doing our part to lessen the impact of the virus.  We have increased the frequency of cleaning within our offices, disinfecting surfaces throughout the day, in addition to having the offices cleaned thoroughly each night.
